My name is Tasha Rucker. I'm the Founder, Principal Consultant and Trainer at ReadyCRM. I've been in the Salesforce ecosystem since 2018 following a 20+ year career in Higher Education. Since my transition, I've been a Solution Architect, leading Salesforce and Account Engagement (formerly known as Pardot) projects for small-medium sized companies, non-profits and higher education institution. I thrive in solving problems and building solutions that will help my clients get the most of our their investment and help them to achieve their growth goals.
My Story
I'm Tasha Rucker, a Salesforce professional on a journey that began five years ago. Prior to this, I had spent over two decades in the field of Higher Education. It was during this time that I made an unexpected transition into the Salesforce ecosystem.

My humble beginnings in Salesforce started as a solo accidental admin for a college. In this role, I was responsible for managing two orgs, serving just over 65 users in the Admissions and Advancement Offices. This initial experience was a steep learning curve, and it deepened my commitment to understanding the Salesforce platform.
Over the years, I've earned six Salesforce certifications and had the honor of being named a Salesforce Marketing Champion. One of the highlights of my journey was receiving the Golden Hoodie at Dreamforce 2023, a moment that left me truly grateful.

Today, I lead ReadyCRM as its Founder, Principal Consultant and Trainer. My focus remains on assisting non-profits, higher education institutions, and small to medium-sized businesses with Salesforce solutions. I'm here to share my knowledge and help organizations harness the power of Salesforce for their growth and success. It's been an unexpected and rewarding path, and I look forward to continuing this journey alongside those who seek my guidance.
